Sometimes, home staging clients are nervous to meet me. Especially if they are newbies to the home staging experience. Some of them expect me to critique their sense of style and taste. I’m here to set your mind at ease. My recommendations have nothing to do with any of your style or taste. It’s about marketing your home for sale to appeal to the broadest potential range of buyers.
My goal during the consultation is to teach you how to use your stuff to successfully stage your own home. I will provide paint colour recommendations, packing suggestions, furniture layouts and sometimes shopping suggestions. I’ll be very specific and leave you with hand written notes with all the information you need.
